The Carolinas continue to rank among the nation鈥檚 most dynamic housing and employment markets, offering strong fundamentals and long-term growth potential. 丝瓜视频 entered the region in 2012 with the opening of our Charlotte office and has since expanded into Raleigh and Charleston, delivering a diverse portfolio of retail, office and multifamily projects.
Since establishing our presence, we have completed ten developments across North and South Carolina, including five Publix-anchored shopping centers, 300 West Summit in Charlotte, and The Carolinian, a luxury apartment community in Raleigh.
Most recently, our team delivered 110 East, a transit-oriented Class A office tower along the LYNX Light Rail in Charlotte鈥檚 South End; Grove 98, a 70-acre mixed-use, Wegmans-anchored development in Wake Forest; and a 15-acre mixed-use retail project at the entrance to University Research Park in Charlotte.

丝瓜视频 announced the sale of the second phase of the retail component at Grove 98, the last remaining multi-tenant retail portion of the Wegmans-anchored Grove 98 mixed-use development in Wake Forest, North Carolina. 丝瓜视频 completed development of the center in late 2024. The 24,281-square-foot Phase 2 was sold to an institutional client of L&B Advisors.

A Memphis, Tennessee-based financial institution has signed a significant lease at 110 East in South End. First Horizon Corp. (NYSE: FHN) will be the office tower's anchor tenant, leasing 88,167 square feet across 110 East's top three floors. The move consolidates two existing First Horizon office locations in Charlotte.
