Both the Office and Multifamily buildings at Peabody Union have earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and a Fitwel 1-Star Rating under the Fitwel Multi-Tenant Base Building v2.1 certification program, reinforcing the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ, Hensler and PGIM commitment to creating healthy, high-performing environments that prioritize occupant well-being.

Located along the Cumberland River in Nashville’s vibrant South Bank district, Peabody Union was developed by partners Hensler Development Group and Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ in 2025. These are the first Fitwel-certified properties in the Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ portfolio.

While LEED recognizes excellence in sustainable building design, construction and operations, Fitwel is a globally recognized certification system that evaluates buildings based on strategies that support health and wellness, including walkability, access to outdoor spaces, opportunities for physical activity and high-quality indoor environments.

At Peabody Union, residents, tenants, and guests benefit from direct access to Nashville’s greenway, views of nature, and a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with a variety of nearby amenities that encourage active lifestyles and strengthen community connectivity. Together, these features reflect Peabody Union’s commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed, sustainable spaces that enhance the everyday experience of those who live and work there.
