Terri McGill joined Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ Property Management in 2015 as an Assistant Property Manager and swiftly ascended to the role of Property Manager in 2016. With a background in property accounting at Jaymor Management Group, she contributed to system implementations, training, and due diligence processes, Mrs. McGill brings a wealth of expertise to her current position.
Throughout Terri’s career, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, demonstrating a keen understanding of market dynamics and tenant needs. Her hands-on approach and proactive management style have earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional results and building long-term relationships with property owners and tenants alike.
Terri’s strong accounting background encompasses proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financials, and budgeting. In her current role, she meticulously develops and oversees annual budgets for operational and capital expenses, serves as the primary liaison with property owners to ensure objectives are met, enforces lease terms, and ensures prompt rent collection and invoice processing.
Currently, Mrs. McGill manages a Class A office with iHeartMedia as a tenant in Clearwater FL. Over her tenure with Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ, she has provided management services for grocery anchored retail centers with national tenants including Fresh Market, Party City, Burlington Coat Factory, Publix, and Ross. Her experience has also expanded into medical facilities, owner associations, and warehouse / office management.
Mrs. McGill is a licensed notary public in the state of Florida.
