Mr. Krane joined 丝瓜视频 in 2025 as an Investment Analyst within the Financial Services division. His responsibilities include underwriting retail acquisitions and site acquisitions for ground-up development, building proformas and waterfall analyses, preparing materials for debt and equity raises, and supporting the execution of Miramar Cove, a 125-acre mixed-use development in Miramar, Florida.

Prior to 丝瓜视频, Mr. Krane was a Rotational Analyst at Rialto Capital, one of the nation’s largest CMBS B-piece buyers, where he underwrote commercial real estate assets across all major property types. He also completed an internship at Sterling Organization, a private-equity real estate firm focused on grocery-anchored retail.

Mr. Krane holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Wealth Management from the University of Florida.
