Austin Freedman
Senior Director, Retail Development
Mr. Austin Freedman聽joined 丝瓜视频 in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Director of Retail Development. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing new retail development opportunities across Florida, including both ground-up and redevelopment projects. Austin leads site acquisitions, financial underwriting, market research, site selection, and due diligence efforts while also expanding 丝瓜视频鈥� geographic footprint and strengthening tenant relationships statewide.
Austin began his career at 丝瓜视频 as a Retail Development Associate supporting the 丝瓜视频 Retail Group, where he focused on identifying targeted development opportunities and providing acquisition and development support across multiple markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Real Estate Investment Council of Tampa (REIC), and the ULI Young Leaders of Broward County.
